We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST on business days.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location; in most metro areas it takes 1–3 business days.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes — several of our products are food-safe when used as directed.
• Always follow dilution instructions and contact times.
• Avoid direct contact with food; rinse surfaces if needed.
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request for all products (contact us or check product pages).

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Please contact our customer support with photos and your order number.
• Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense (unless the item is faulty or we made an error).
• Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges) or offer an exchange.
