Orders typically ship within 12 hours. Delivery within Australia usually takes 1 to 4 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $30. We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $30 delivered anywhere in Australia. No coupon code required — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Covered Protection

Covered protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. All items purchased from Matthews Cleaning Company are covered unless otherwise stipulated on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your delivery through Australia Post or the nominated courier website.
